W0W® is a story of transformation. We've elevated the function of staple food like rice and noodle from being a causative factor and obstacle to being a catalyst for blood sugar control.

With W0W® Noodle containing barely any

carbohydrates as compared to normal noodles, consumers can enjoy their carbohydrates through other food sources without the risk of blood sugar spike. Now, there is more room for guilt-free indulgence.

While W0W® Noodle is specially formulated for consumers with blood sugar and weight concerns, it is also suitable for those following low-carb keto- or plant-based diets. It enables individuals to consume their carbs in the form and dishes they enjoy, without compromising on taste or health.

Asia faces a crisis fueled by the challenge of the Asian staple food becoming a contributor and obstacle to blood sugar control. It has partly led to the staggering rise of diet-related diseases and a lack of culturally-appropriate solutions. Motivated by this urgent need, we sought answers in an unexpected place: spent barley grains.

In Singapore alone, about 75,000 tons of this byproduct are produced annually, mostly used as animal waste or simply thrown in landfills emitting more greenhouse gases.  This overlooked resource held the key to our journey of upcycling and maximising its value, creating WOW®.

W0W®, spelled with a ‘0’, signifies a revolutionary solution – the only functional food clinically validated to deliver zero glycemic response.  Crafted from recovered protein and fibre, WOW® is a zero-waste sustainability superhero that is good for the health of people and health of the earth.
