Collection & Delivery
Orders are processed on a preorder basis to ensure maximum freshness.
We currently ship within Singapore only but we are working to include other countries worldwide.
Our logistics partner will try to contact you using the details provided if there's no answer at the door during delivery.
Please ensure that there is someone at home during the delivery as the product must be stored in a chiller (not freezer) upon receiving. Should you be unavailable for any reason, please contact us before the delivery day (Wed), 12pm, upon receiving our confirmation message. Upon successful delivery, you will be asked to sign against our logistic form.
Please also ensure that the address given is complete and includes the unit number (if any). Should you be uncontactable during the delivery time, do take note that an additional charge of $10 will be incurred for another delivery attempt on the following delivery day (Wed).
Collection Schedule
Your order will be available for self-collection at The Curie on the following Wednesday, between 10AM to 6PM. The team will send out a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for collection.

Fees
There is a delivery charge of SGD15 (flat) for every order or delivery location stipulated. Free delivery is applicable for all orders above SGD30 (single location only).
No charges are incurred if customers opt for self-collection.

W0W® is locally produced in Singapore by KosmodeHealth, a deep-tech startup that is a spin-off of the National Univeristy of Singapore's Food Science & Technology Department.
It is specially developed to meet the nutritional needs of the diabetic & ageing population in Asia, as well as address the issue of food security in Singapore. It is also suitable for those on a keto- or plant-based diet.
