2tsp shallots
2tsp oil
4pcs mushrooms
100g minced pork
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1pinch sugar
1pc egg
100g W0W® Noodle

Preparation
Step 1
Mince shallots.
Step 2
Pour the oil into a pot and heat up. Add the minced shallots and fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Slice mushrooms into strips, then stir fry along with the minced shallots.
Step 4
Add minced pork into the same pot, and stir fry along with the minced shallots and mushrooms.
Step 5
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and pinch of sugar to taste into the pot.
Step 6
Crack the egg and fry as a sunny-side up.
Step 7
Cook the W0W® Noodle for 3-5 minutes. Drain and place on a serving plate. Top with the stir-fried ingredients and sunny-side up egg.
