Ingredients
4cloves garlic, peeled, finely chopped and crushed
1tbsp ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1tbsp sesame seeds
1dash soy sauce
1pinch salt
50ml grapeseed oil
1pk W0W® Noodle, rinsed
50g carrots, peeled and shredded
50g radish, peeled and shredded
50g cucumber, peeled and shredded
50g smoked salmon, diced
10g coriander, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Remove the centre of the garlic before adding to a heatproof bowl.
Step 2
Add the ginger, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and salt to the bowl.
Step 3
Heat grapeseed oil until it is smoking, and pour on the ingredients.
Step 4
Strain the bowl and set aside as dressing.
Step 5
Arrange the rinsed W0W® Noodles, carrots, radish, and cucumber on the plate.
Step 6
Add the smoked salmon to the salad.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped coriander.
