Ingredients


  • 1packet (200g) W0W® Noodle

  • 2pcs garlic cloves

  • 1pc shallot

  • 50ml olive oil

  • 125ml white wine*

  • 50ml cooking cream

  • Salt & pepper, to your liking

  • 80g beetroot

  • 100g brussels sprouts

  • 1pc scallop

  • 100g salmon

  • 100g lobster meat


*Can be substituted with fish or chicken stock

Preparation


Step 1

Rinse W0W® Noodles under tap water for 20 seconds.


Step 2

Peel and finely slice the cloves of garlic.


Step 3

Peel and finely slice the shallot.


Step 4

Heat olive oil in a pot before adding garlic and shallot. Continue cooking until fragrant.


Step 5

Add white wine in a pot and boil for about 30 seconds.


Step 6

Add cooking cream to the pot and reduce by one-half.


Step 7

Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Step 8

Peel and dice the beetroot. Keep some leaf for garnish, while adding the rest to the sauce.


Step 9

Add W0W® Noodle and toss in the sauce.


Step 10

Thinly slice the scallop and add to the noodles.


Step 11

Cut the salmon into small cubes and add to the noodles.


Step 12

Dice the lobster meat and add to the noodles. Remove from the stove and serve immediately.


Step 13

Garnish with the remaining beetroot and brussel sprouts.
