Ingredients
2pcs garlic cloves
20g butter
200g and 2 pcs white button mushrooms
100g enoki mushrooms
200g shimeji mushrooms
70g shiitake mushrooms
100ml water
30-40ml heavy cream
1pk (200g) W0W® Noodle
1pinch salt
1pinch pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Slice finely the cloves of garlic. Pan fry the garlic until golden brown and set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Step 3
Slice the white button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. Fry with butter and set aside.
Step 4
Add water into a blender, along with the stir-fried white button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic. Continue blending until smooth to create the sauce.
Step 5*
Add heavy cream to the sauce for a creamier texture
Step 6
Boil W0W® Noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and stir fry with mushroom sauce until the noodles are uniformly coated with the sauce.
Step 7
Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Step 8*
Grill the enoki mushrooms in a preheated 200ºC oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 9
Add soya sauce to the shimeji mushrooms for seasoning. Stir and set aside white wine vinegar as pasta topping.
Step 10
Shave white button mushrooms with mandoline for garnish.
