Ingredients
1 packet (or 200g) of W0W® Noodle
1/2 clove of garlic
5g of grated ginger
15ml of soy sauce
10ml of sesame oil
10ml of honey
1 pc of lime
1 pc of carrot
1 pc of cucumber
25g of peanuts
20g of coriander

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the 200g of W0W® Noodle under tap water for 20 seconds.
Step 2
Peel, crush, and place the 1/2 pc of garlic clove in a bowl.
Step 3
Combine the 5g of grated ginger, 15ml of soy sauce, 10ml of sesame oil, and 10ml of honey with the garlic.
Step 4
Extract the juice from the 1 lime piece and combine with garlic. Whisk all the ingredients together.
Step 5
Peel and julienne the carrot before placing on top of W0W® Noodle.
Step 6
Wash and thinly slice the cucumber before placing on top of W0W® Noodle.
Step 7
Crush the peanuts and place on top of W0W® Noodle.
Step 8
Wash and chop the coriander, and garnish on top of W0W® Noodle. Finish with the dressing.
