Ingredients


  • 2 pcs of eggs

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 tbsp of oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 pc tomato

  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened ketchup

  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 100g of W0W® Noodle

  • Finely chopped green onions, to your liking

  • Parsley, to your liking

  • Chili, to your liking




About the Recipe


A humble, comforting home-cooked Chinese meal!

Preparation


Step 1

Add 1 tsp of salt into 2 eggs, then beat them up and set aside.


Step 2

Heat up 1 tbsp oil and proceed to fry beaten eggs.


Step 3

Stir constantly.


Step 4

Turn off the heat as soon as the bottom of the scrambled eggs is formed.


Step 5

Set aside for later use.


Step 6

Fry garlic until fragrant.


Step 7

Add 1 sliced tomato. Cover the pot and simmer for a while to prevent the oil from splashing out.


Step 8

Add 1 tbsp of unsweetened ketchup, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tsp of salt.


Step 9

Add scrambled eggs into the tomato mixture and mix well.


Step 10

Finally, add 100g of W0W® Noodle and mix well.


Step 11

Garnish with finely chopped green onions, parsley, and chili. Enjoy!
